Last week took place the prize-giving evening of the China TOP 50 competition organized by Sud de France to highlight the South of France wines imported and available in China.
A jury of 15 wine professionals from China and Hong Kong blindly judged nearly 400 wines to determine the 2018 list of the 50 best regional references imported to China. The jury was co-chaired by Lu Yang, a very influential Chinese personality in the wine world, First Master of Sommelier in China and by the Master of Wine Matthew Stubbs.
L’Apogée 2013 in AOP Saint Chinian and Le Versant Chardonnay 2017 in IGP Pays d’OC were elected among the TOP 50 of the year.
A great reward for this booming market!
