Modern and feminine Paradis Secret combines the elegance of rosés from the South of France with innovative packaging.
This traditional Languedoc blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault, sourced from hillside vineyards overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, delivers a fresh, subtle wine. The Languedoc, its wild spaces, its intact nature sheltering a thousand essences including the delicate perfume of the emblematic magnolia of the South of France … Paradis Secret is our interpretation of the delicacy of our terroir.
The bottle chosen for this first Languedoc appellation rosé in our ‘Signature’ range is the new ‘Garance’ model recently developed by glass manufacturer O-I, which sports a streamlined shape, frosted texture and glass closure. This innovative packaging sets the stage for a very light-hued, feminine wine perfectly in tune with the zeitgeist.
The aromas of white-fleshed fruits dominate (peach / nectarine) & white blossom and a touch of citrus brings a touch of freshness in the mouth.
60% of the volumes produced are whites and rosés for the 2018 vintage, thanks to its extensive array of rosés includes rosé Château Haut Gléon (PDO Corbières), rosé Domaine Haut Gléon (PGI Vallée du Paradis), rosé Le Versant Grenache (PGI Pays d’Oc) and the extremely rare Piquepoul noir and Griset Sauvignon gris fermented as rosés that have been pioneered by us. These have enabled the company to post exceptional growth of 53% by value over the past three years for rosés’ sales. This commercial success stems from the expertise of its 650 wine growers who have equipped themselves with high-tech production methods such as night-time harvesting to pick very cool grapes, and rapid pneumatic pressing to preserve aroma and freshness in the wines, enabling them to produce remarkable rosés.
