Green Gang our organic wine range, 100% biosourced
We are pleased to launch our new organic wine range Green Gang. In 2021 Foncalieu gets more involved in a sustainable development. This range is available in red wine with a Cabernet and Marselan blend, in white wine Sauvignon-Chardonnay and then in rosé wine Cinsault-Grenache blend.
Our wines are 100% biosourced. It means a light glass bottle and also a recycled cork stopper, a recycled paper label with vegetable inks and an aluminum cap.
All the ingredients for a more environmentally friendly range.
What about tasting ?
Our wines are pleasurable wines to enjoy on any occasion, as an aperitif or with Mediterranean food.
Our Green Gang red reveals a powerful and aromatic nose of black fruits and spices. On the palate it is rich and generous, with notes of blueberry, cherry and cocoa.
The white wine, a blend of Sauvignon and Chardonnay, has a brilliant pale yellow colour with green highlights. The nose is very aromatic with notes of lemon, boxwood and white fruits. On the palate it is lively, with notes of citrus and pineapple.
As for the rosé, its nose mixes greedy notes of red fruits and more flowery aromas. The palate is balanced, refreshed by notes of citrus and yellow fruits.
